Create a Notion integration
Go to notion.so/my-integrations →
Click New integration → name it anything → set type to Internal → save.

Connect integration to your databases
Open each database in Notion → click ⋯ menu → Connections → add your integration.

Copy your integration secret
Back at notion.so/my-integrations → click your integration → copy the Internal Integration Secret or Access Token (starts with
